Roger Gold
Mr. Gold received his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University in 1999 and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1996. He is a member of the American Association of Justice, Consumer Attorneys of California, San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
Mr. Gold is admitted to both the California and New York State Bars, and brings over a decade of asbestos litigation experience to the firm — including several favorable plaintiffs' verdicts.
Mia Mattis
Of Counsel to the Gold Law Firm since 2020, Mia has dedicated her career to protecting the rights of individuals harmed by asbestos exposure, with prior tenures at Wartnick Chaber Harowitz & Tigerman and Harowitz & Tigerman. She also enforced California citizens' rights under Proposition 65 with Sheffer & Chanler.
A San Francisco native, Mia holds a J.D. from San Francisco Law School and a B.A. from San Francisco State University. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Law Society of California.
Cecil Crain
Cecil has extensive experience in asbestos litigation and has worked for multiple firms specializing in mesothelioma in the Bay Area since 2007. He joined the Gold Law Firm in January 2018.
Education: B.B.A., University of Mississippi · J.D., Whittier College. In his spare time, Cecil enjoys traveling with his wife and son, building model cars, and playing guitar.
